Abstract

There was a typo in the original paper [1] for the expression of shear rate [formula prsented] in Eq. (14) on page 120, [formula presented] which should be revised as [formula presented] with the shear rate tensor Sαβ calculated as [formula presented] where [formula presented] is first order component of fi in the Chapman–Enskog expansion.
