Abstract

Media/Pool is a YouTube channel hosting videos produced by Communication and Media students at the University of Liverpool. The channel is curated by Dr Kerry Traynor. Playlists include: #AcademicAfternoons - academic advice for School of the Arts students Media/Geek - videos about media theory and practice Media/Society - videos about social problems and issues Media/Culture - videos about cultural stuff like travel and food The channel also hosts videos produced for industry partners who co-design assessment briefs and work with the University to facilitate student video productions.
