Abstract

<jats:title>A<jats:sc>bstract</jats:sc> </jats:title><jats:p>The CKM angle <jats:italic>γ</jats:italic> is determined from <jats:italic>CP</jats:italic>-violating observables measured in <jats:italic>B</jats:italic><jats:sup><jats:italic>±</jats:italic></jats:sup> → <jats:italic>D</jats:italic>[<jats:italic>K</jats:italic><jats:sup>∓</jats:sup><jats:italic>π</jats:italic><jats:sup><jats:italic>±</jats:italic></jats:sup><jats:italic>π</jats:italic><jats:sup><jats:italic>±</jats:italic></jats:sup><jats:italic>π</jats:italic><jats:sup>∓</jats:sup>]<jats:italic>h</jats:italic><jats:sup><jats:italic>±</jats:italic></jats:sup>, (<jats:italic>h</jats:italic> = <jats:italic>K, π</jats:italic>) decays, where the measurements are performed in bins of the decay phase-space of the <jats:italic>D</jats:italic> meson.
