Abstract

<jats:p>In this article, we give an overview of different approaches to learning, and explain what is meant by a reflective approach to continuing professional development (CPD). We then suggest ways in which a reflective approach can be used to maximise the benefit and enjoyment of learning opportunities.</jats:p>
