Abstract

<jats:p>Dong-Ping Song and Chung-Yee Lee recommend that, if they want to weather severe disruptions in the future, shippers and ocean carriers must turn toward more collaborative and committed relationships. Digital technologies and appropriate regulations will help them to do so.</jats:p>
