Executive Summary

Based on a review of both academic and non-academic (including policy documents, webpages, and reports) literature, this summary report outlines key examples of best practice from strategies, interventions, and initiatives in digital inclusion that have taken place in the UK in the post-Covid environment of the last three years. The report concludes with key takeaway messages for the Welsh Government. Our review is not a comprehensive mapping at the community level of provision across the UK. Rather, it is an overview of policy and practices deemed to be “what works” in this space by policymakers, practitioners, and academic research.
