Abstract

<i>Aeromonas caviae</i> is an increasingly recognized etiological agent of acute gastroenteritis. Here, we report five draft genomes of <i>A. caviae</i> isolated from suspected cholera cases during the 2022-2023 cholera outbreak in Malawi.
